Solution: After lengthy discussions at the team meeting, Mr. Ahmad and his team concluded that in order to take advantage of the growing opportunity, automation was a must. That’s when they decided to invite RFPs from a few leading car rental software companies.
While discussing their requirements with the software companies, the team at Rapid-Fleet made it a point to discuss how much customization/ configuration was on offer. The team figured that since they were in such close contact with the end-user, they would be able to innovate to their advantage with new products, services, and pricing packages.
The new car rental software was soon shortlisted and implemented across Rapid-Fleet’s operations.
